Crafting the American Psycho cocktail is a venture into elegance with a hint of wildness. While the process of muddling cucumbers might seem a tad aggressive, it's a necessary step to unlock the vibrant freshness that forms the backbone of this drink. Be prepared for a lively experience as cucumber bits may enthusiastically escape your tin or glass!
This cocktail, named after the iconic movie, offers a delightful way to channel some energy into creating something delicious. The choice of Hendrick's Gin is a masterstroke, harmonizing beautifully with the cucumber elements and adding a floral undertone that complements the fresh produce perfectly.
Adding a splash of elderflower not only introduces a floral bouquet but also brings a herbal complexity that intertwines gracefully with the gin's profile. To elevate the concoction to a realm of enchantment, a few dashes of Wild Hunt Bitters are essential, infusing the drink with forest-inspired notes of bark, roots, and herbs, transporting your senses to mystical woodlands with each sip.
