Professional Knife Sharpening Service
Since 2012, Alambika offers a professional in-house hand sharpening service on traditional japanese stones. The knives do not need to have been bought from our shop : we do not want our friends and customers to work with dull blades. Those are both boring and dangerous to use.
We can sharpen, repair and bring back to life both japanese and western blades. Simply drop off your knife, it will usually be ready within a week.

Our sharpening service is guaranteed. If you're not satisfied with the first sharpening, the correction is on us. Payment is made when you come pick up your knives.
