Ingredients
- 1 oz Bourbon
- 0.5 oz fernet branca
- 1/2 of a banana
- 3 dashes of Scrappy’s chocolate bitters
- 3 oz of club soda
- 0.5 oz of half & half
- banana slices
Method
- Crush banana with a fork and mix it with bitters and half & half
- In a lowball mix fernet with bourbon and ice to chill. Remove ice.
- Pour banana mix into your alcohol and top with a bit of soda
- Garnish with banana slices
