This recipe is a funky twist on the old fashioned. We used a beet and cocoa artisanal syrup from Les Charlatans to give some depth and complexity to your classic old fashioned. Have a look!
INGREDIENTS
- 2oz of Whisky
- 0,25oz of Les Charlatans Beet & Cocoa Syrup
- 1 full dropper of Aromatic Bitters
- Garnished with a Jack Rudy Bourbon Cocktail Cherry
PREPARATION
- Drop carefully a large ice cube at the bottom of the glass;
- Add bitters, syrup and spirit to the Old Fashioned glass;
- Stir for at least 45 seconds, until you feel the ice is slightly melting;
- Scoop a cherry and poke it on a cocktail pick. Voilà!
