Cueilleuse Aviation

To make this twist on the classic Aviation cocktail, we swaped the sometimes hard to find Maraschino & Violet liqueurs for a sweet violet syrup. To add complexity, we also used an herb liqueur instead of gin. Don't knock it until you try it!

PREPARATION


  • Pour all the ingredients in a shaker and shake vigourously;
  • Double-strain into a chilled cocktail coupe (we used this one);
  • Top with tonic water;
  • Garnish with a lime wheel. Enjoy!
