To make this twist on the classic Aviation cocktail, we swaped the sometimes hard to find Maraschino & Violet liqueurs for a sweet violet syrup. To add complexity, we also used an herb liqueur instead of gin. Don't knock it until you try it!
INGREDIENTS
- 2oz Amer Kebek La Cueilleuse Herb Liqueur
- 0.5oz Prosyro Violet Syrup
- 0.5oz Verjuice
- 1 dash Amer Kebek Fleurs bitters
- Tonic water
- Dehydrated (or fresh) lime wheel, to garnish
PREPARATION
- Pour all the ingredients in a shaker and shake vigourously;
- Double-strain into a chilled cocktail coupe (we used this one);
- Top with tonic water;
- Garnish with a lime wheel. Enjoy!
