Églantine (Non-Alcoholic)

• 2 oz Lyre's Dry London Gin
• 1/2 oz Les Charlatans Briar Flower Syrup
• 3/4 oz mix of equal parts Prosyro Lavender, Rose & Violet Syrups
• 3/4 oz Verjuice or Yuzu Juice
• 1 dash of Amer Kebek Fleurs bitters
• 1 dash of Ms. Better's Bitters Vegan Foamer
• 2 spritz Dashfire Hibiscus bitters
• Decorative flowers, to garnish

• Add all ingredients (except Dashfire Hibiscus bitters) to a shaker without ice and shake well;
• Double strain over a chilled cocktail coupe;
• Spray the Dashfire Hibiscus bitters on top of the foam and add a decorative flower.
