INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Lyre's Dry London Gin
- 1/2 oz Les Charlatans Briar Flower Syrup
- 3/4 oz mix of equal parts Prosyro Lavender, Rose & Violet Syrups
- 3/4 oz Verjuice or Yuzu Juice
- 1 dash of Amer Kebek Fleurs bitters
- 1 dash of Ms. Better's Bitters Vegan Foamer
- 2 spritz Dashfire Hibiscus bitters
- Decorative flowers, to garnish
PREPARATION
- Add all ingredients (except Dashfire Hibiscus bitters) to a shaker without ice and shake well;
- Double strain over a chilled cocktail coupe;
- Spray the Dashfire Hibiscus bitters on top of the foam and add a decorative flower.
