Here's an Old Fashioned, ''island style''. We used rum as its base, and a Ruby Fassionola syrup, which has many fruity and tropical hints. Mango, grapefruit, hibiscus and strawberry are all flavours that can be found in this delicious syrup. Have a look at this recipe!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz of Rhum
- 0.25 to 0.5 oz of Prosyro Fassionola
- 1 full dropper of Ms Better's Bitters Grapefruit
- Garnish with a fresh grapefruit zest and a Filthy cocktail cherry
PREPARATION
- Drop carefully a large ice cube at the bottom of the glass;
- Add bitters, syrup and spirit to the Old Fashioned glass;
- Stir for at least 45 seconds, when you feel the ice is slightly melting;
- Peel a zest, gently twist it and add it to your cocktail. Voilà!
