The Maï Taï is quite an iconic Tiki Cocktail. Its name, ''Maï Taï'' actually means ''Very good'' or '' Best in the World'' in Tahitian. Have a try to see how good it is!
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz White Rum
- 0.5 oz Dark Rum
- 0.5 oz Orange Curaçao
- 0.5 oz Prosyro Orgeat syrup
- 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
PREPARATION
- Add all ingredients to your shaker;
- Shake vigorously, and strain the mix into a tiki mug filled with ice.
Optional: Garnish with a dried citrus wheel and mint.
* The classic Maï Taï recipe uses crushed ice, so feel free to use some!
