INGREDIENTS
- 2 dashes of Ms Better's Bitters Pineapple Star Anise bitters
- 1/2 oz Prosyro Zap Sour Solution
- 3/4 oz Prosyro Passion Fruit syrup
- 3/4 oz Les Îles gentian-based aperitif
- 1 oz Sainte-Marie rum
- 1 oz Rosemont white rum
PREPARATION
Pour all the ingredients in a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
Serve in a cocktail coupe without ice, garnish with dried pineapple slices.
