Ingredients
- 2 oz non-alcoholic Statera gin
- 4 oz Statera tonic water
- 1 oz green apple juice or apple cider
- A pinch of cinnamon
- 1/3 oz Prosyro Ginger Syrup
- Green apple slices and cinnamon stick for garnish
Method
- In a glass, gently muddle a few slices of green apple and a pinch of cinnamon.
- Add ice cubes.
- Pour the non-alcoholic Statera gin, ginger syrup and green apple juice or cider.
- Top up with 4 oz of Statera tonic water and stir gently.
- Garnish with additional slices of green apple and a cinnamon stick.
