INGREDIENTS
2 oz Scotch
0.75 oz Sweet Vermouth
3 dashes Angostura aromatic bitters
- Brandied cherry or lemon twist, to garnish.
PREPARATION
- Pour spirits and bitters in a mixing glass filled with ice;
- Mix with a barspoon until well-chilled;
- Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe;
- Garnish with a brandied cherry or a lemon twist.
