Ingredients
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1.5 oz Lyre's Italian Orange
- 0.25 oz Lyre's Coffee Liqueur
- 0.25 oz Prosyro Falernum syrup
- 0.25 oz Prosyro Orgeat syrup
- 0.25 oz Prosyro Zap sour (or 0.5 oz lime juice)
- 2 dashes Ms Better Bitters Wormwood
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients, except the Lyre's Italian Orange, in a shaker with ice.
- Shake well.
- Strain in your favorite Tiki mug, over crushed ice.
- Add the Lyre's Italian Orange on top.
Optionnal: Garnish with a dried pineapple slice.
