Corpse Reviver No.2

Ingredients

• 3/4 oz Gin
• 3/4 oz Triple Sec
• 3/4 oz Lillet Blanc or Dry Vermouth
• 3/4 oz Fresh pressed Lemon Juice
• 1 Dash Absinthe (or a wormwood bitters)

Preparation

• Add ice cubes to a shaker
• Add all ingredients
• Shake well
• Use a strainer to hold the ice as you are pouring through fine strainer over a chilled Martini or Cocktail coupe
• Garnish with a cherry (or a lemon zest) and a cocktail pick!
