2oz of Vodka
1oz of Ginger beer syrup
1/2oz of fresh pressed lime juice
4oz of sparkling water
Combine all the ingredients over crushed ice in a copper mug and top with sparkling water. Stir with a barspoon and garnish with a lime wheel and a mint bud.
