HP JUNIPER
HP Juniper Gin (non alcoholic)
Please note that during the winter months, we refrain from shipping this and other non-alcoholic products as they are prone to explosion in low temperatures. However, these items are still available for purchase at our boutique on Saint Laurent. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Distilled at Brasserie & Distillerie Champ Libre in Mercier and bottled in Cowansville, HP Juniper is the first-ever non-alcoholic spirit made with a blend of aromatics, offering Quebecer gin connoisseurs an authentic experience.
Crafted with meticulous care, HP Juniper Classic is born through the traditional distillation process in a copper still, capturing the essence of a classic London dry gin. It embraces a harmonious blend of familiar botanical ingredients, artfully combined to offer a delightful alcohol-free alternative.
Sourcing the finest natural ingredients, HP infuses each batch with juniper berries, locally grown Yuzu lemon, organic cucumber, cinnamon, lemongrass, coriander seed, and organic rosemary. This masterful combination unveils a sensory experience that delights the senses.
Upon first encounter, the nose is greeted by the invigorating aroma of juniper berry, complemented by the zest of citrus. As it graces the palate, a dry profile unfolds, leaving a remarkably pleasant and warm mouthfeel that lingers with each sip.
To savor the full expression of HP Juniper Classic, we recommend serving 2oz over ice, accompanied by 4oz of premium tonic water, garnished with fresh lemon slices.
To ensure optimal enjoyment, we advise consuming HP Juniper Classic within three months of opening. Store this exceptional creation in a cool, dark place, maintaining a constant temperature, preserving its impeccable quality for your indulgence.
