Spicy but deicate corn kernels cocktail with walnut bitter is something that you won't see everyday! Developed by Claudia Doyon (founder of Amer Kebek) herself, this cocktail guarantees you a wonderful time full of taste and esthetical pleasure.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz of gin (spicy type)
- 1 oz of honey
- 3 tablespoons of sweet corn kernels (cooked)
- 2 drops of sweet clover extract (or vanilla)
- 0.25 oz of Prosyro Zap
- 8 drops of vegan foamer by Ms Better’s Bitters
- 4 drops of Amer kebek’s “Black Walnut”
Method
- Carefully drop a large ice cube at the bottom of the glass;
- Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice, double strain and pour the drink in a glass
