The Roast

Spicy but deicate corn kernels cocktail with walnut bitter is something that you won't see everyday! Developed by Claudia Doyon (founder of Amer Kebek) herself, this cocktail guarantees you a wonderful time full of taste and esthetical pleasure.

• 1.5 oz of gin (spicy type)
• 1 oz of honey
• 3 tablespoons of sweet corn kernels (cooked)
• 2 drops of sweet clover extract (or vanilla)
• 0.25 oz of Prosyro Zap
• 8 drops of vegan foamer by Ms Better’s Bitters
• 4 drops of Amer kebek’s “Black Walnut”

• Carefully drop a large ice cube at the bottom of the glass;
• Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice, double strain and pour the drink in a glass
