Forged from German X50Cr15MoV steel (56–58 HRC), this blade balances high-carbon sharpness with rust resistance for heavy service. The drop-point, mini-Bunka inspired shape is tuned for citrus and garnish prep, while the rosewood handle adds comfort and style behind the bar.
