Go to Alambika Pro →The "Cocktail Canvas Series" is a curated selection of silicone molds that invites bartenders and mixologists to see each cocktail as a blank canvas waiting to be transformed into a masterpiece. Just as an artist uses diverse brushes and shapes to bring their vision to life, these molds offer an array of patterns – from the delicate intricacies of leaves and flowers to the bold outlines of animals, birds, and geometric forms.
Each mold in the series is designed to inspire creativity and innovation in cocktail garnishing, enabling the creation of bespoke embellishments out of chocolate, caramel, or sugar. These edible garnishes are not just decorations but also integral elements that can enhance both the flavor and the visual appeal of the drink.
The name "Cocktail Canvas Series" reflects the collection’s versatility and its ability to accommodate a wide range of cocktail concepts and styles. It symbolizes the evolution of cocktail presentation, merging traditional mixology with the artistry of modern culinary techniques. Every mold is a tool for expression, encouraging bartenders to push the boundaries and explore new horizons in the realm of cocktail art.
Advised applications: tuiles, chocolate or caramel.
