Go to Alambika Pro →This cocktail smoking disc is designed to introduce a smoky essence to your drinks and culinary presentations. Crafted from clear, durable plastic, the disc allows for unobstructed viewing of the smoke infusion process. The centerpiece of the disc is a specialized valve that facilitates the injection of smoke directly onto the cocktail or dish. To use, simply place the disk over your glass or shaker, ensuring a snug fit that prevents smoke from escaping. Through the valve, introduce smoke from a handheld smoking device, imbuing your beverage with a rich, aromatic flavor. This method provides a more targeted and efficient smoking experience compared to larger domes, making it ideal for individual servings and enhancing the theatrical presentation of your creations.
