Go to Alambika Pro →Smoking Gun Sawdust isdesigned for use with smoking guns to add a nuanced layer of flavor and aroma to your drinks. This premium sawdust is perfectly sized for quick ignition and controlled smoke production, creating a professional-quality smoking effect in moments. Ideal for smoky cocktails like the Old Fashioned, Manhattan, or Negroni, it infuses beverages with a distinctive aroma that delights the senses. The sawdust is also versatile for enhancing smoked garnishes, such as citrus peels or herbs, further expanding its creative possibilities.
To use, simply load a small amount of sawdust into your smoking gun’s chamber, ignite, and channel the aromatic smoke into your glass or shaker. Cover your drink to trap the essence, letting it infuse for a few seconds to minutes depending on the desired intensity.
Oak: Classic and robust, oak imparts a strong smoky profile with subtle tannins, ideal for timeless drinks like the Old Fashioned or smoked margaritas.
